Privacy at Dominion Realms
Effective August 7, 2026. Dominion Realms stores information required to operate accounts and the persistent game world, including account identifiers, characters, inventories, progression, relationships, chat, world interactions, gameplay logs, and saved AI-generated content.
How information is used
Data is used to authenticate accounts, save game progress, prevent abuse, operate multiplayer systems, generate contextual AI content, support customer service, secure the service, and improve game balance and reliability.
AI processing
Relevant gameplay context may be sent to configured AI services to generate portraits, narration, dialogue, or story content. Passwords and authentication secrets are not intentionally included in those prompts.
Shared-world data
Character names, public achievements, rankings, guild activity, PvP records, and shared-world actions may be visible to other players when those systems require it.
Retention and security
Persistent-world records may be retained while an account or world history remains active. Administrative and security logs may be retained for fraud prevention, moderation, troubleshooting, and legal compliance.
